Trench grilles are available in a wide variety of sizes and styles.
Usually they are supplied in widths of 132mm to 342mm, but can be manufactured from 75mm to 1500mm (if adequate support can be obtained for the latter). All standard trench grilles are manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium profile, 6mm on top face and anodised AA5. This section is crimped onto Nylon-11 tubing for "Roll-Up" or mill finish aluminium tube for rigid at a standard pitch of 13mm. Other pitches are available on request. Maximum individual lengths for "Roll-Up" grille is 5m and for rigid the maximum length is 1508mm.
Other colours are available in either anodised or polyester powder coat.
Curved grilles and mitred corner grilles are also offered (see Specials) to allow continuity of effect in awkward areas.
